  • Terms and Conditions for E&E Collective Coffee Coaching

    These Terms and Conditions apply to all coffee-related services provided by E&E Collective Skills Training. By enrolling, you agree to these terms.

    Services Offered

    Barista coaching and coffee-related training. E&E reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

    Enrollment and Cancellation

    Enrollment is confirmed upon payment. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance, or payment may be forfeited.

    Fees and Payments

    Payments are due before service. Late payments incur a 5% fee per week beyond the invoice due date.

    Refund Policy

    Refunds are available for cancellations made 48 hours in advance. No refunds for attended sessions or late cancellations.

    Financial Invoicing

    Invoices are issued after service enrollment and must be paid within 14 days. Non-payment may result in suspension of service or legal action.

    Liability

    E&E is not liable for any injuries or damages during coaching sessions. Participants are responsible for their own safety.

    Intellectual Property

    Training materials are owned by E&E and cannot be copied or distributed without permission.

    Amendments

    E&E may update these terms, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.

    Governing Law

    These terms are governed by Dubai, UAE law, with local jurisdiction for disputes.

    By participating in E&E’s coffee coaching, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  • Payment Due Date

    All payments are due in full upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of services.

    Late Payments

    Invoices not paid within 14 days will incur a 5% late fee, applied weekly until payment is received.

    Payment Methods

    We accept payments via bank transfer or cash.

    Refund Policy

    Refunds are processed within 48 hours for eligible cancellations. No refunds for services already rendered.

    Disputes

    Any payment disputes must be submitted within 7 days of the invoice date. After that, all charges are considered accepted.

    Termination of Services

    Non-payment may result in the termination of services until the balance is settled in full.
